Rosebud Dragons are a fun and social breed found most often in the spring. The petal-like feathers that grow on their sides spread their sweet and floral scent. Although they have poor eyesight, they have ribbon-like extensions that extend their olfactory abilities to help create a map of the area around them. When flying, Rosebud dragons tend to hover, using their wings to fan their scent throughout the air. A widespread breed, they go to great effort to visit as many flowery fields as possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Many rosebud dragons flock to flower fields simply to appreciate their beauty, but this fair creature also has a secondary purpose in mind. The Lady Ylincre, as she is called by mortals, is the daughter of a highly regarded white dragon and has inherited most of his healing abilities. Most, but not all. What her mixed blood magic lacks in potency, however, she makes up for with herb lore; knowing the properties and uses of every plant within her territory, she can work such marvels with flowers and seeds that even skilled surgeons are amazed. Not one to let a minute be wasted, she accordingly spends much of the time she doesn't use for healing on preparing to heal, visiting old forests and meadows in bloom to replenish her plant stock.
