Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

An "unofficial" member of the Vassalord clan of vampires, but still standing apart, Don't Stake Me Bro is a rebel -- at least, he thinks so. Really, he's just a goofy young dragon who's still getting used to adulthood. He likes to get involved and help those around him, but his boisterous personality and tendency to leap before he looks usually have him causing more trouble than he solves. He's very honest and opinionated, but always tries to stand up for himself and others when he feels someone is being deceptive, and he always means well.

.

This dragon earned his name after he confronted a group of older dragons. They retaliated by attacking him. Realizing he had bitten off more than he could chew, he cried, "Don't stake me, bro!"

He got away with just a few scratches, and the story spread like wildfire. Most dragons laughed at his cry; Don't Stake Me Bro took it as his name, wearing it as a badge of honor and a sign that he'll confront anyone he thinks is in the wrong.
