Shallow Water Dragons are found in tropical regions where the water is warm. They use their magic to hunt, using bubbles to capture small fish and animals. Their large, webbed feet make them excellent swimmers and they are able to move at very high speeds. Due to their bright color, these dragons are easily spotted in the lagoons where they live.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Egyptian Current constantly looks back to the time, centuries ago, when a branch of the Cumberland River flowed joyously through a section of the Neelix Desert, creating a beautiful shimmering oasis that this dragon called her home. The dragon life was abundant, and many desert creatures flocked to its waters for a cooling drink.

However, this was too long ago for many of the newer dragons to recall, and the oasis has dried up over time. 200 years ago, water levels dropped, and all of the life flowed away. To this day, there is only a tiny pond fueled by some strange and murky groundwater in which this dragon still resides. She refuses to find her home anywhere else. Day in and day out, Egyptian Current remains in the pathetic pond awaiting the glory days of the oasis to return.
