White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Fortis Elder FeatherCrackle is the tribe leader of the Fortis Clan. This clan consists of only males, and only mates with the Dulcis Clan, whose leader recently died in a massacre led by humans. FeatherCrackle is a healer, which gained him a lot of respect in the clan and got him to be clan leader. The only injury he never healed was his wings, after they were completely destroyed by a malicious wizard. He managed to regrow his wings but they came back as large bird wings instead of dragon wings and never fully healed. If he flies for too long the cracks will become larger, until he has to mend them again.
