Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Green-Scale's (GS) egg was taken by a dragon dealer. There was a great demand for green dragons, so he took the whole brood, including GS's egg which had fallen out of the nest and not been incubated by the mother for a while. A dragon breeder bought GS's cold egg, then abandoned it when he found out it had not been incubated. Warrior hatched it with the help of Sagescale, and GS survived.

GS is very protective of her eggs for that exact reason. She is very fast to frighten any humans that dare to walk on the Scale Clan's territory. Other than that, she is a very laid back dragon.
