Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Beautiful things are nice. That is how it's always told, with fair princes and fine queens, heroes of all names always bearing the same description. So it is that, when this dragon appears--shining, graceful, gleaming in the pale moonlight--no one ever doubts for a moment that he is a being of good. Not until he begins the hunt, anyway. A flash of silver teeth and the lunge of strong limbs and he's on them, dragging one screaming victim after another off into the dark. For he bears the blood of vine dragons and all their violence, serving to show, like the flowers his ancestors bear, that not all that is beautiful is sweet.
