Electric Dragons wield electricity with great prowess. Bright sparks race across these dragons’ bodies in a dazzling dance of light, complemented by the blindingly radiant sparks on their tails. Using their bellies and manes as stores for this electrical energy, Electric Dragons wield crackling magic, stunning and electrocuting their prey with a whip of their tail. During mating season it is typically those with the most brilliant sparks—an indicator of strength and hunting ability—that are drawn to each other.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Electric Heart of the Devil is generally regarded as gruff when they're being polite. A more accurate description would be unpleasant and rude. She is smaller than most of the other dragons, though no one underestimates her strength. She has never expressed any interest in finding a mate. She keeps to herself most of the time, though she will choose to spend her time with Eternus Divum if she is forced to choose. Many are confused by her because her actions do not always match her personality. When she was a hatchling, Eternus came across her reading a romance novel that a human had left lying around. Upon being caught, she gave Eternus a look that can only be described as the eye of the devil, thus leading to Eternus jokingly calling her Heart of the Devil (the reason for the Heart part being her reading romance). Soon Electric was added on to it. Soon all the other dragons began calling her by that name, and eventually it became her real name.
