Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Amerellah, or Rel as she likes to be called, is a creature of solitude. She prefers to fly around on her own, away from her fellows. Thus, it is no wonder that she ended up as a guardian of a grand chapel, perching atop one of the many spiraling columns. It was there she met the love of her life; a gargoyle named Encased. Together the two guard the church, Rel watching it during the day while her mate guards at night. Though to Encased Rel is sweet, to all outsiders she is cool and withdrawn.
