Olive Dragons are a small, forest-dwelling breed, rarely growing much larger than the average sheep. When alarmed, they can erect a long row of venomous spines on their back, serving to warn any potential predators that Olives are not a good choice for a meal. While not strong enough to kill anything larger than a small deer, their venom causes an extremely painful reaction and necrosis at the bite site, sometimes causing the flesh to rot and limbs to fall off.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Bland Flame hatched in a huge palace, looking up at his parents. The world was strange, and he wanted to explore, yet was scared to leave his eggshell. He was named a combination of his parents' names; Bland Flame. He grew up to be an optimistic prince, living happily in his palace until his sixteenth (in human years) birthday. On that day, he wanted to finally go outside. Fly free and start a family. But his mother didn't want that. She wanted him to stay with her, under her protection, until he was trained to fight. So he had to sneak out of the palace one day, in the middle of the night, when it'd be harder to see him run away. He experienced the wonders of the outside that night, and came back to persuade his mother into letting him be free. She finally said okay, and he flew away, finding love and adding to the family. And he still would visit his parents very often to tell them about his wonderful adventures and how happy he was now.
