Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

The booming matriarch of the Iceni Red Dragon clan, Boudica is the proud ancestor of an eternally rowdy family. A native of old Cymru, now called Wales, Boudica was named by human followers of the great queen of Iceni, whom the dragon once fought beside. After the queen died, Boudica settled in her land. She went on to fight for Arthur and his realm of Logres, and her children fought with her against the White Dragons of the Saxons. She and her clan have since traveled the world, incorporating into their family any dragon they could find, whatever species he or she might be.  Whole other clans have been swept up by the Iceni dragons, their multi-colored ranks headed by a joyously thundering Boddy, as the clan calls her. The Blackfoots, the DuLacs, the van Derkomais, most every clan pays their respects to Queen Boddy. She keeps the eggs safe, she keeps the hatchlings fed, and she keeps her prismatic mess of a family, adopted or otherwise, happy and free.
