Kohraki Dragons silently stalk their prey, concealed within the thick, rolling fog that blankets autumn forests. They prey on the lost and unwary, luring them close by mimicking familiar voices and sounds before swallowing them whole, leaving no trace behind. Bustling, warm villages have been left silent and cold after particularly foggy nights, their inhabitants having fallen prey to swarms of Kohraki Dragons. After, these dragons disappear as quickly as they come, leaving behind only unease and footprints.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Danger is literally the most dangerous of the Kohraki dragons in her clan. She is always the first to leave the lair and the last to return, often spending the entire day out hunting. This extra time means she kills more humans than any of the others, some years more than their totals combined. Danger is also less subtle and has less patience for games. If she suspects someone is not falling for her tricks she will simply burst out of her hiding place and devour them.
