Waterhorse Dragons received their name due to their horse-like physique and endearing behavior. They are capable of surviving out of water, and when on land their skin secretes a gelatinous goo to retain moisture. However, their large paddle feet are better suited for swimming, and waterhorse dragons tend to move very awkwardly when on land. Waterhorses are very friendly dragons and enjoy playing with humans.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

JumpingWave slipped and slid on the sand as he tried to reach the water. The waves gently lapped at his feet and he dove into them laughing and enjoying the feel of the water against his skin. His larger feet paddled well in the ocean and he started out to sea. One of his favorite things to do is watch the humans jump the waves on those strange boards. He sunk low in the water to become unseen, and watched. A human girl with golden hair disappeared under the wave. He held his breath then she came shooting out the other side. His filled his lungs to cheer then remembered he was hiding from these mysterious creatures. JumpingWave finally tore his eyes from the humans and swam out to sea, looking for his own waves to jump.
