Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Upeka, being made of paper, really has no personality. If she does, then she clearly does not show it, as most of the day, she sways around like a kite, which fully entertains the hatchlings. She is quick to avoid fire when she sees it.
