Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Draco Darkening is Head Protector of eggs and young dragons in his cave. He is capable of the "Earthquake" action by slamming his tail hard on the ground to make eggs hatch faster. He has glowing red eyes which can be used for hypnosis to cast spells on intruders who try to steal anything. His wings are smooth and hard, but very light, acting as a shield to protect himself and young dragons. His green scales, too, are almost like steel and will protect him against Spears, arrows and blades.

His mate is Ruby's Embers, they work together to protect eggs as she can incubate eggs and he can create earthquakes.
