When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tsi was a rambunctious little hatchling and carried that to her adult years. She can't get enough of scaring little fishermen in their boats, although she would never harm a fly she is considered a threat to society. She is not threatened in the world of dragons or the world of men. Tsi makes friends in the water and out almost instantaneously, she just has a happy feeling about her that most other dragons love. She is feared by men because of her strong, muscular, agile body, her speed in the water would outrun them any day. Although, through a strong dislike of the taste of fish, Tsi continues to live in the water flourishing, and becoming a more seasoned dragon by the year.
