Among the most elusive of dragon breeds are the Aeon Wyverns, a breed whose innate control over time mana marks them singular and great. They are able to peer into the multi-dimensional plane of time, seeing all that is, all that has been, and all that could be—within a small localized zone. When utilizing particularly strong magic, the black markings carved into an Aeon’s body glow a bright cyan, painting them in an ethereal blue light. In the past, they have been sought after as oracles to bring swift resolutions to major conflicts, but it is in exactly such sorts of times that they are nowhere to be found; rather than influence the outcome, Aeons much prefer to allow the natural order of things to progress, however grim that may be.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Abandoned by his parents, and an outcast from the other dragons of his keeper, Qjuwu sits atop a lonely mountain peak staring down at the other dragons below living happy lives. He has the capability to know the fate of all their young. He is particularly fixated on the grief experienced by mothers losing their young, particularly of the Celestial Dragon Soide. Any eggs she bears are doomed to fall at the claws of the vampire Tutes the Terrible. He has been seen at night looking over her den before the vampire attacks, but he makes no move to do anything to stop him. Some say he does it because it's not typical for Aeon Wyverns to intervene, but others say it's because of darker intentions. Many speculate that he finds pleasure in her pain. He doesn't confirm or deny the accusations. Perhaps it's the affection he longed for from his own parents and did not receive. He wanted them to want to find him and bring him home but instead he got thrown out like a rotten piece of meat.
