White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Angelo is a gifted healer, able to treat almost any wound or illness, even scurvy. He is also a gifted worrier and, as others has described him, a gifted nagger. He 'tusks' and 'tsks' constantly as he inspects his patients and sometimes even starts hissing over serious injuries that could've been avoided. He, ironically, is terrified of pain and never handles sharp or possibly dangerous objects unless forced to. He even rubs his stick constantly with sandpaper to get any splinters off. Since Angelo is a vegetarian, there is a special room below deck for him to grow plants to eat, though he is so fond of them that they nearly always end up buying fruit from nearby village markets instead.
