Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has two heads and bright, glowing eyes.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

The two sides of this hatchling have very different personalities. The one side that goes by Oskar is very relaxed; he goes with the flow for most things and never bothers to clean up any messes he creates. The other side, who goes by Feelix, is very high strung; he wants everything planned and perfect, with every item in its place.

Feelix is constantly cleaning up after Oskar; Oskar is constantly trying to find where Feelix put his stuff. They infuriate one another on a regular basis, but at the end of the day they work it out because as a single hatchling, he does have to live with himself.
