Their lusciously soft feathers and paper-thin golden spires are by no means the armor of a warrior, but an Erador Lindwyrm is a force to be reckoned with. The fragrant, berry-scented oils that coat their skin have a powerful soothing effect, which, in tandem with their magic, have the curious effect of fostering feelings of closeness in those around them. Eradors are gleefully aware of this effect, and seem to make a point of cultivating and mending as many relationships as they can, be them romantic or otherwise. As such, dragons seeking to preserve their fearsome reputations are careful to give Eradors a wide berth, as it is well known that anyone who picks a fight with an Erador is sure to win...a new friend.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Meru always took his role as a Valentine dragon a bit too seriously. There was many a scenario where he found himself being chased off by feuding couples who didn't appreciate his interference in their disagreements, especially if he tried using magic to make everyone calm down faster. Fortunately, Meru eventually found that his particular abilities were appreciated by another group of individuals: exasperated dragon parents. Nowadays he is content to help take care of the hatchlings of friends and family, calmly explaining things like why it's disrespectful to throw food when upset, and why refusing to talk to one's parents does not help anyone. As a contrast to his previous attempts to be helpful, Meru is now in fairly high demand as a babysitter.
