Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Her name means "Moon" in Japanese. She is the daughter of Zoutou and Aoi Tori, and is her parents pride and joy. She is one of the prettiest dragons in the colony, and has a wonderful singing voice, a delicate high soprano. Ever since she reached adulthood, she has been highly pursued by all the young males in the colony. However, none of the boys caught her eye anyway. Then one night as she was bathing in a pool of water at night, singing to herself, she noticed a pair of eyes staring at her through the darkness. At first she was frightened, and then her heart leaped to her throat. Before her stood a gorgeous young male dragon, with a midnight blue hide. His wings were silver and flared like he was ready to take flight. He was the most beautiful male she'd ever seen, and he was staring right at her! Her heart raced as he approached and introduced himself as Keitaro, and asked to court her. She agreed, and soon they were madly in love. They look forward to being together forever.
