Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Earthquake Rising is a fairly bad-tempered dragon. She is very territorial and is known to fight off intruders with her threatening, powerful tail. Earthquake is also known to be able to hatch eggs safely, and many seek her to help their eggs hatch before the dragon inside dies.

Earthquake Rising has an adopted son named Earthquake's Pebble Rising, and they live together in the same cave.
