White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Feathered Snow once lived among a pack of Hellfire Wyverns, acting as their healer. Despite being male he was mostly left alone, in part because of his status as healer, but also because he was passive enough that picking on him was boring. One of the beta females, a frequent patient of his, became his mate. Their first two children were White dragons like their father, both of which left the volcano upon reaching adulthood due to the high stress nature of Hellfire packs. While he had been feeling disillusioned with the pack for awhile, he did not actually leave until his third child turned out to be a Hellfire, and a female at that. He did not want her to turn out like her aggressive peers, so he fled the volcano with her to raise her alone.

Since then he has only visited the volcano once, to give his mate closure that their daughter is fine. He is not welcome back in the pack because of what he did, but did not plan to return anyway.
