It's a thankless job, and about half the members don't agree with the ethics of it, but they don't have any other options. As such, they have to be efficient and fast, hence why Wiz is so respected in the group. His magic makes the job easier and faster. He can track down any potentially naughty dragons, induce sleep, and even teleport short distances to get the jump on runners. Wiz takes immense pride in his magic and has aspirations to be the greatest in the mountains.
