Geode Dragons are closely related to Stone dragons. They are covered in a hard stone-like material as well as beautiful crystal. Their wings are entirely useless for flight, but they help attract mates. The dragons with the most brilliant and colorful crystals are more likely to mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Je Shou is a Geode Dragon.  Often, once the hatchling is born, the parents leave it to fend for itself.  Geode Dragons don't have any real predators since they are almost completely made of rock and brilliant crystals. Je Shou found Xuxa's cave as he was passing by one summer evening.  He first came face to face with Bun Ye and as always, Bun Ye picked a fight with poor Je Shou.  Je Shou took no interest in Bun Ye's challenge but rather, the fact that there were different dragons who usually on a regular day to day basis in the wild, wouldn't get along, were leaving in harmony.  Even more so, with Xuxa, a human. Astounded, he wished to join the family.  Je Shou is a very intelligent dragon, he introduced himself politely and explained that his name is that of a famous Korean dragon long ago.
