Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Kami is made of paper blown away from a writer's desk, or at least that's the story he likes to tell. He has always been fascinated by paper and by written word even more so. He loves reading and often wonders what would have been written on the white paper forming his own body, had it stayed in the writer's hands.
