And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing. It is also now covered in brightly colored stripes.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Orko loves to play at being the best and most powerful wizard dragon in all the world. He often performs tricks to prove his superior talents but they usually go awry. Because Orko's only real power is a slight talent in chaos magic not even strong enough to pose a danger through its unpredictability. So when Orko wants to summon a hurricane, he usually calls in a rabbit (which he then calls Hurricane), when he tries to let a stone levitate, flowers begin to bloom. The only trick he really has mastered is making his dinner disappear.
