Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tong's name means "autumn moon." She loves the fall most of all the seasons, especially cold autumn nights where she can watch the moon rise and the stars create a sparkling pattern on a lake's surface. Tong values pieces of jade and ruby most of all, keeping her own hoard of them in a small section of the cave. She likes to pile them up and make little "castles."
