Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

No one knows what C C or her mate L L's real names are or where they came from. The duo just appeared one day together, keen on obliterating Creorluna and slaying their insane leader Izdati. The pair is evermore mysterious and C C makes a point of avoiding the others, choosing to quietly converse with L L instead.

An outside observer may find C C's personality to be alien. She appears to have no ambition, no reason for wanting Creorluna's destruction other than the fact that her mate wants to see them destroyed. The only thing she clearly seems to care about is keeping L L alive. Her emotions are extremely guarded and she regards the world in a very blase manner. C C enjoys off balancing others and often says and does strange things just to see their reactions.

Strangest of all is her diet. The villagers regularly see her eating poisonous fruit they call tomatoes with melted cheese she either buys or steals from their houses. Curiously she doesn't seem to eat anything else.
