Tercorn Dragons are typically friendly and peaceful in nature. Most individuals are eager to help, and show highly-cooperative behavior. However, they can easily feel disrespected by those unfamiliar with their customs. While the three long horns protruding from their heads may be fearsome, they serve mostly to scare off aggressors, and if an attack is deemed necessary for self-defense, it is never deadly in intention. Tercorn Dragons are quite social and active within their aquatic environment, but rarely emerge on land if not caring for unhatched offspring in hidden coastal caves.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Shell is a peppy, sweet, innocent little Tercorn with all the energy of a newborn hatchling. She's always so mystified by even the most minute of details. She loves swimming with schools of fish, exploring dense coral reefs, and collecting seashells, which is where she got her name. Shell is incredibly friendly with other dragons. She's noted for being basically fearless and will happily approach dangerous dragons without hesitation. You would worry for her except that her mate, Flounder, is probably the most dangerous sea dragon known to dragonkind. It is unknown how these two met or how they've stayed together for so long, but their partnership is undeniable. Flounder protects Shell. Even when he is thousands of miles away, killing great white sharks and blue whales, he still takes the time to gather seashells for her collection. Meanwhile, Shell weaves lovely sea grass crowns for when he returns. For as dissonant as these two seem, their relationship is admittedly adorable.
