right to live another day
sunset the gift of a thief
it's golden Saturday yet
when white bleeds into yellow
the sun lost its color
it's purity reclaiming Earth
purple blossoms among white
petals drift along the breeze
now's the end to this cycle
it's spirit burning cold
when violet melts into black
ripples the last of its trace
it's ink filling up the river
black broke out into void
and time resumes its pace
