I existed
and I was watching the gradual
and the tether line
serene below us
As I looked- I saw
just kept on going
drops of red flowing
through the air in front of me
fading of the universe
The Daedalus drifted
I reached up to my ears
and my hand came away wet
further and further away
Don't try to tell me
sound can't travel in a vacuum
