When you request deletion of your account, your account will first be locked for 30 days. If you log into your account at any time during this window, the deletion will be canceled and you will be notified via email.

After 30 days, data will be removed, and will no longer be recoverable. In addition to the data outlined in the Privacy Policy, user-generated data will be removed, including (but not limited to):

• Dragon names
• Custom dragon descriptions
• Earned badges
• Event participation (e.g. decorations, collected treats)
• Groups

Since your account will be fully deleted, all current and past usernames will be freed for someone else to claim.

Copies of data may persist in backup archives. These archives are held solely for recovery purposes. Deleted accounts are logged separately from backups, and in the unlikely event of restoration from a backup, deleted accounts will not be restored.
