Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s clear that night is its favourite time.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Tobenai wakai wan is an overly ambitious little dragon who is ahead of her time. She is still too young to have wings, but already she wants to fly. She climbs to high places: tall rocks and trees, just to see what it feels like to be up in the sky. She just cant wait to gain her pretty little wings and finally be able to fly and glide through the air like her mama and papa.

Her name means 'Flightless Young One'.
