Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A bad girl with a taste for passion and war, Searpaw isn't the sort of dragon you would care to mess with. She's apt to flirt in her roguish way with the prince of some far off land one minute, then pounce upon said other dragon and maul him the next. She's developed a very special fighting technique that gives her an advantage over many of her opponents. She dips her nails in oil, then sets them aflame, the hard, dead material resisting the burning, the flesh of her opponents... not so much. Naturally feisty, she can also be very aggressive, and is known to burn down entire towns when it's 'that time of month' again.

However, she can still be quite the proper little lady when she wants to, and respects her mommy and daddy like a good girl should.
