Finally, after much feeding, the baby has grown into a full Dino! Dinos can eat almost anything, including things with spikes. In order to do so, they must have very tough stomachs. Yellow Dinos have very long necks, which they use to reach and eat food located high off the ground.

Even though Dinos are not dragons, Shield Tail, Dark Drakon, and their herd view their kind as their distant evolutionary cousins. For this reason, they allow a band of Dinos to live on their island, where they are free to feed on the vegetation that grows there. All the Dinos that live alongside Shield Tail and Dark Drakon's herd bear the title of 'Cousin' as part of their names, to honor their relationship to the dragons, which is why this particular Dino is called Cousin Sauropod.

Of all the Dinos in the group, Cousin Sauropod is the most simple-minded. However, he's also the most gentle one, too, even though he sometimes forgets his own strength, which can be a danger to his friends when they play around, for he sometimes comes very close to seriously injuring them.
