Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Lierimesa is also known as "The Guide Of Twilight". She lives on the mountains near a dense forest, watching over the many creatures she can observe from her vantage. Should any become hopelessly lost within her region during the night, she will create a magical light to help lead them back to safety. Be it animal, human, or dragon, she will aid them back to the edge of the trees. However, how much she is able to help depends on the phases of the moon. During a crescent phase, for example, she may only be able to lead the right way for but a few moments.

It is not this alone that has earned her the secondary name, though. During the nights of the full moon, when her power is at its peak, she will summon an eerie light that encompasses the entirety of her area. This light calls all souls lost within its radius, guiding them to their final rest. A few always visit her on these nights, usually to say their last words to loved ones.
