Copper Dragons are masters of stealth, slipping silently and swiftly through the forests and jungles where they live. Often hunting in groups, their prey rarely know they are being stalked until the dragon’s at their throat. In the air they are agile and skilled. Copper Dragons prize family groups, spending large amounts of time teaching their young skills. So great is their love of life and family that they will sometimes adopt orphaned dragons of other breeds to raise.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Some mistake this female's polite speech and courteous behavior for docility or even weakness. Such an assumption is a gross error, as her friends know far too well; for she is one of the most fabled heroes of the Ashen Wars, an ancient conflict in which demons threatened to bring all the land to ruin. She was the first to rally men and dragons alike against the ravages of the enemy, and led them to many victories, determined to destroy the demon lord who had brought this tragedy upon them.

But all was not to go as she hoped.

She was captured and tortured; her entire left side was branded and burned to honor her enemies, but still she refused to tell the secrets of her allies. When her mate Tempest at long last broke through and rescued her, the wounds were already too deep to ever fully heal. Yet the war was won, and she pays no heed to scars or stares because she and her mate are involved in a much more risky venture now, one which leaves little time for other worries: child rearing!
