Mint colored dragons are the most peaceful of all dragons; they only eat plants unless they scavenge meat from an already dead animal. They also have no ways to attack others or defend themselves. They are much smaller than other forms of dragons since they only double in size when they mature. Mint dragons are unable to use magic and cannot fly since they lack wings. Their looks have given rise to the common insult of calling dragons “large lizards.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Vozru used to live near Eastwall Forest. His whole life has been ups and downs, mostly downs, as a mint struggling in a world where someone else is better at anything he has tried to do. Larger dragons are stronger than he, pygmies better with manual dexterity for fine tasks, humans more versatile due to their bipedal build... He found himself in a period of unemployment and met a witchlight who informed him of an opportunity: three dragons in Nworset had certain poorly-defined objects, and Noble Hex would buy them at 6500 shards each. That was more than enough to purchase a gold dragon's egg! Vozru had never owned that much at one time in his entire life. Hoping the witchlight wasn't lying to him, Vozru gathered up what little he owned and set off on a journey to seek the dragons and see if he could identify and acquire these strange, incredibly-valuable objects. All he has to go on are names of the current owners. He has never been far from Eastwall so he doesn't know what to expect.
