Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Prank was born during the time of the great Thing where all the caretakers came together to exchange their stories. While she was a wee hatchling, she heard Lagie exclaim several times that prank was not a verb, strongly emphasizing the not. Some delving into the dictionary established that prank, indeed, was a verb, it just didn't mean what most people and dragons thought it did. Prank decided, though, that she liked the original enough to choose it as her name, and now goes around telling uneducated Misfit Pygmies and others that 'prank is NOT a verb'.
