Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. As one of the oldest dragons in her clan, Infidel enjoys a seat of power among the clan's hierarchy. Despite her age she is feisty and sharp, and she takes a very active role in her clan. She has bred many children, but kicked out every one, commanding them to find their own clan rather than risk her good standing by embarrassing her. Similarly, she has refused a permanent mate; she quickly tires of her partners and moves on to newer, younger ones, often ones hoping to gain status by gaining the favor of such a respected member.
