Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

This special dragon is very useful: it loses scales in spring like other dragons, and so provides the owner fresh paper sheets.
Even if it can't breed, the owner found it a mate and gave it a family, to make it feel a bit less different.
