Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

At the border between Alba and Northymbra stands a weathered wooden mailbox titled "INFORMATION LEAFLETS". Strangers may be somewhat surprised to find a Paper dragon with a stern expression sitting on top of it. Though it seems to be folded out of a leaflet with "WELCOME" at the top, its demeanor isn't exactly welcoming—rather, it seems to be giving out warnings and rules without even stopping to take a breath.

Apparently the cliffs are dangerous and crumbling, the tides are unpredictable, people get lost in the mountains and there is currently a clan war going on between different families of dragons in the area. And let's not even get started on the Pygmy dragon pickpockets, human robbers, and—wait for it—Vampires! Yes!

Fortunately, there seem to be other Paper dragon leaflets nearby who are more than happy to reassure visitors and show them around.
