White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Composure doesn't have the easiest life. As one of the major experts on fractures, she is constantly treating the hatchlings and warriors of the clan as well as the occasional clumsy hunter. As a mate to a notorious flirt she has to deal with infidelity on a regular basis, well at least Glon has yet to bring home offspring of another dragoness. As a member of a prestigious lineage it's pretty much expected of her to lay an egg of her own sooner rather than later.

She faces all the challenges of her life calmly and serene though, an imperturbability she has inherited from her mother.
