Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Renesmee is a member of the Sparkleface family. She has a very good memory and can remember almost everything she has seen since her birth. Thus she has become the memory for her family.

With her strong telepathic gifts she can show others any scene from her memory, but she can also receive the memories of her friends.

Unlike the rest of her family, who eat only meat, Renesmee likes fruits and vegetables, especially if they taste sweet. However she shares her unique appearance with her family: her scales start to glitter when she goes out into the sunlight.
