Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Redundant dragons like Redundancy Department are extremely redundant.  He always laughs whenever he makes a repeated mistake because he finds it funny, so he laughs.  The other dragons find his way of speaking annoying because of the way he speaks.  He's a nice dragon and likes to be nice to others.  Other than his weird way of talking, he's a fairly normal dragon if you don't count his way of talking.
