Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

When a harsh surprise frost struck the lakeside village, it severely threatened the crops that belonged to Cheesemaker, Campion and Pekoe Leaf's human masters. The situation grew so bad, the three human shopowners were faced with the possibility of losing their livelihood, as they would not be able to sell their famous teas and breads without their crops. Just when it looked like they would lose their shop and end their partnership, the shopowners' dragons, Cheesemaker, Campion and Pekoe Leaf had a lucky chance encounter with the playful Mistletoe Dragon, Santalales Sprig. The three dragon friends managed to convince Santalales Sprig to use her powers to protect the crops from the cruel frost. Because of the Mistletoe Dragon's involvement, the crops were saved, and the shop belonging to the three dragon masters was saved. Santalales Sprig continues to keep a close watch on the crops each year in order to keep the frost away, in exchange for the first taste of each year's harvest.
