This breed of dragon results from eggs or hatchlings that have been neglected. They are usually rebellious, not obeying their masters, sometimes even attacking them. However, their neglect as a hatchling leaves them crippled, and they are weak compared to other breeds, causing them to stay with their masters for protection.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Jung's life had a rather unfortunate start. His mother, a resident of a human-led institution, hid his egg once it was laid and seemed to forget about it. Whether this was because of some misguided instinct or due to some weird psychosis brought on by her captivity, no one can say for sure. Mere moments before he would have died, his egg was found by a human warden, and immediately shoved under an artificial heat-lamp.

The following days and weeks were hard and torturous for the little hatchling, who wasn't sure if death wouldn't have been preferable. The neglect had maimed him for life and now the humans were crowding over him, trying to catch a glimpse "Oh"-ing and "Ah"-ing all the while. And all other dragons in his prison even seemed to like it!

Jung tried several times to escape, but either his poor constitution or the betrayal of another dragon kept him from success.

Only when two strange dragons arrived at the zoo one day and helped him break free his true life began.
