When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

As an egg, Truckie was very, very ill. His shell was soft and fragile, he exuded almost no warmth, and the young dragon seemed on the brink of death before his life had even begun. However, he seemed to possess a special drive that kept him alive, even after his original parents abandoned him to die.

After being discovered by the cave's broodmother and quickly being ushered to the egg nursery, young Truckie's luck seemed to finally turn around. The combined efforts of the cave denizens and the love of a family seemed enough to break open his shell and give him a new chance at life. And Truckie wasted no time doing just that. He became passionate about physical fitness and spent most of each day swimming for miles in the deep oceans, performing complex feats and acrobatics around sunken ships. To this day, he remains as one of the most brawny and powerful  dragons the cave has yet to see. He is monumentally large, even for a water dragon, but retains a very calm, quiet manner.
