Script Dragons are named for the markings along their wings and sides that look almost like calligraphy. The patterns correspond to no known language, and are slightly different on every dragon. These dragons only develop the characteristic markings when they reach maturity, and they are fairly capable with magic once the patterns appear.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Tedef Bookwyrm has become quite outspoken about the tendency of theatrical groups like Roaring Lion Productions and Future Era Productions to adapt written works into plays. She feels there's just no good way to do this without too much being lost in the translation. Tedef doesn't complain to the theatrical groups directly, though, as that would be rude, given that they have a right to produce what they want. However, she does have several well-worn rants she can launch into at a moment's notice. Tedef is a little more lenient toward plays like Dragontown's yearly pantomime, as they draw from folktales instead of one specific work, and besides, the extremely loose adaptation is deliberate and the entire point of the pantomime.
