Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Firstling is, as his name suggests, the first dragon Silvre ever adopted. Thus, he took it as his responsibility to care for all the subsequent members of Silvre's dragon family, and has taken on the role of guardian. He remains distant from others, though he can often be seen patrolling the borders of Silvre's land to keep out intruders and any dangerous beasts that might happen to wander in. He is ancient and wise, an intensely loyal friend and protector. His two Guardian dragon assistants, Gaia and Wayke, and their mates are the only dragons he associates with. His mate is a wild dragon that refuses to give up her freedom to join Silvre's family. She left Firstling heartbroken, and though they still love each other,  that love is tinged with loneliness and pain.
